Jackson and Liza are getting married in March, and I can’t wait to capture their big day! They’re country western dancers, which is oh-so-fun (a clear sign that their reception is going to be very exciting to document)! During their engagement session, we had a variety of music ranging fromThe Greatest Showman to Ed Sheeran’s “Perfect.” Typically, College Station experiences pretty warm weather, but we ended up having their session on the day when a cold front decided to roll in. If you know me, you know I never get upset about a windy day though. It adds more drama to the photos 😉

Recently I’ve been more intentional about making sure that I’m mixing things up with my lenses and cameras. I have one lens that almost never leaves my camera, but I took a few minutes at the beginning of our time together to shoot with a different lens and add in a couple of different cameras. I’m also using more and more film these days, so I’m excited to see how the film scans come back from this one. I am SO stoked for their wedding next year, and it seems like it can’t get here soon enough.
