As a wedding photographer, I have an eye for the best locations to have a wedding, and I’m happy to announce that the wedding venues in Bryan and College Station, Texas are romantic, timeless and beautiful! 1. Camp Hosea
Camp Hosea is hands down the most stunning wedding venue in the College Station area. This wedding venue is located in Anderson, TX, just a quick 30 minute drive from College Station. A&M Alumni love to book their weddings here as it’s the perfect distance from Houston and College Station. Your guests will enjoy their stay in Aggieland while you show them hospitality at this gorgeous and comfortable wedding venue. Camp Hosea boasts of top notch amenities including a decked out bridal suite, grooms suite, a timeless wedding chapel, and a beautifully unique reception space. If I were you, I’d get in touch with them ASAP!
2. The Weinburg at Wixon
With over 18,000 sq. ft. of space, this College Station wedding venue is capable of seating up to 450 guests, so every guest you could imagine inviting will have a seat at the table! You’ll also have both indoor and outdoor options to suit your taste and the season of your wedding. The Weinburg is decorated with stunning chandeliers for the ultimate romantic, elegant and sophisticated backdrop to your special day. The suites for the men and ladies are located in quiet areas of the venue for privacy and relaxation. Planning to have a live performance for your wedding? Good news! The Weinburg has an elevated stage you can use as a location for a live-band performance, as a location for a sweetheart table, or as the central location for the ceremony space. 3. The Gin at Hidalgo Falls
The Gin at Hidalgo Falls is such a fun, beautiful location for a wedding near College Station! If you have more of a rustic vibe, this one is definitely for you! They also have plenty of space for your nearest and dearest to stay with you overnight in preparation for your wedding day. What I love most about this location is that there are plenty of spaces to choose from for portraits, and your guests will love wandering around the property.
4. Brownstone Reserve
Located near College Station, Texas, the Brownstone Reserve offers a picturesque setting for weddings. Its expansive grounds boast lush green grass, an open field, and two charming ponds that add a touch of whimsical beauty to the surroundings. The venue features unique brick structures and a quaint bridge, creating a romantic atmosphere for couples tying the knot. The main building, ideal for both ceremonies and receptions, is so timelessly elegant. Not only that, but brides-to-be can indulge in the luxury of a gorgeous bridal suite, providing the perfect space for getting ready with their best girls!
5. The Inn at Quarry Ridge
Gorgeous vaulted ceilings, a whimsical pond and gazebo, and resort-style amenities to boot. One of the best offerings of the Inn at Quarry Ridge in Bryan (aside from it pretty much being College Station) is that it can accommodate up to 25 guests overnight. You can keep your nearest and dearest closest to you in the lead-up to the ceremony. I also love, love, love that those big glass windows are facing west so you’ll get some amazing golden sunshine in the evening.
